How to play Trivia
Settle who knows the answer with a live multiplayer quiz. Everyone gets the same question in science, world or culture. Choose Easy, Medium, Hard or Mixed difficulty; Mixed combines all three.
How to play
- Read the question and choose one of four answers.
- Your first locked answer is final. Everyone plays against the same shared deadline.
- The reveal shows the correct answer and scores. Correct answers earn points, with an optional speed bonus.
Accuracy comes first. Pick a category and difficulty the whole group will enjoy.
Before you start
Play with 2–14 people. The host chooses a category, difficulty and answer timer so everyone faces the same kind of questions on their own screen.
Estimated time for six players with default settings: About 5 min. Discussion and host settings can change this.
Voice and conversation
No voice chat is needed. Everyone chooses an answer privately.
Example round
A practice question asks how many sides a triangle has, with choices 2, 3, 4 and 5. Each player locks one answer before the deadline; the reveal shows 3 and awards points under the chosen settings.
A useful tip
Read all four choices before locking; your first locked answer is final.
Choose a multiplayer quiz your whole group can enjoy
Start by agreeing on a category and difficulty. Science, World and Culture give your group different kinds of knowledge to bring to the table. Mixed combines Easy, Medium and Hard questions in the same game.
The speed bonus is optional. Turn it off when you want correct answers to matter without rewarding who locks first. Everyone still answers before the shared deadline, and a locked answer cannot be changed.
