Example round
The target is a muted teal. After it disappears, one player starts too blue, shifts toward green and lowers saturation. The reveal compares the recreation with the original and shows its match percentage.
A useful tip
Remember brightness and saturation as well as hue; the overall impression matters.
Remember the shade, not just the color name
“Blue” is a starting point, but the challenge is remembering which blue. Study how light or dark the target is and how vivid or muted it looks. Recreate all three qualities with hue, brightness and saturation.

How to match the shade
- Start with the color family: is the target closer to red, orange, green or blue?
- Remember how light or dark it looks, then adjust brightness.
- Check whether the shade feels vivid or muted before fine-tuning saturation.

What is the difference between Casual and Ranked?
Casual is the default and lets the host adjust the game settings. Ranked uses a standard challenge and can record completed results on the weekly and monthly boards.
